The grand final public holiday and Alan Bonnici went fishing with his close mates Mark Moseley and Jeremy Ang around various spots around country Victoria including the upper and lower Coliban river, Malmsbury river and Lauriston river. Initially the guys were catching many small redfin and roach under 30cm. Finally the trout fishing picked up and the guys managed to land several nice brown trout between 40 and 55cm. The most productive lure by far was the pontoon 21 paco spoons in both 10.5 grams and 14 gram sizes.
