To Alan’s delight after only a couple of casts he would catch an amazing 47cm Redfin which was a great way to test out new LRF series rod which handled remarkably well. The reddies took a liking to the new Pro Grubs in UV motor oil with a 1/6 and 1/6 jig head. Alan ended up catching 9 Redfin the biggest 47cm, then 34cm and a number of smaller ones.
