Nick Keeling, Puneeth Appachu & myself went Kayak fishing in Queenscliff. For me it was a chance to test out the new Native watercraft slayer propel 10 which handled the conditions beautifully. There were no monsters landed on the day but we got plenty of Whiting, Salmon, Trevally & Pinkies all on soft plastics such as Damiki Ripper, Z-man grubs & slim swimz. The day was a success other than getting insanely sunburnt, so remember to protect yourself from the sun when out on the water.
